Information (Shipping/Returns)

Shipping:

Each Sumo Musubi set =   $8 - $20 shipping and handling depending on the location it needs to be shipped too and its weight.  Item is shipped in our Sumo Musubi Boxes that are also great for storing your precious musubi maker.  

Individual Acrylic mold (NO PAN or NO BOWL SCRAPER) can also be shipped for a cheaper price.

Each Bowl Scraper shipping cost is combine with other items.  If ordering alone please email me so I can check the price.  Individual shipping of a scraper is $1.

*Store Purchase = Don Quijote and Marukai stores on Oahu.

We will ship within 3-5 business day, but if they are out of stock I will email you to let you know,  and send them out as soon as possible (usually within 2 weeks).

All shipment done through USPS

 

Payment/Refund:

Through PayPal or charge card.  Refunds are done if item has not shipped.  If item is shipped and you would like to return the item, buyer pays shipping and when item(s) are received then you will be credited the cost of the item.

Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item and returned within 30 days of the ordered date.  (Buyer pays for return shipment.)

If incorrect address is given, and item(s) is returned to company, buyer needs to pay reshipping cost or can be refunded the cost of the item(s), minus the original shipping cost.

 

Damaged item:

We hope your item reaches you safely.  If the item reaches you damaged or broken, please contact me with 3 day of receiving your item.  Also if possible please send a picture of the damaged item.
